Experience

I have worked in the mental health field for over 11 years and started my private practice in 2016. Alongside this, I have also worked at The Priory's Lifeworks hospital in Woking for six years. During my time at Lifeworks, I occupied the roles of Senior Therapist and Eating Disorder Programme Lead, where I helped to deliver comprehensive programmes for eating disorder and addiction treatment, working with individuals, groups and family members.
I have previous experience in both private and community based settings in the addiction treatment field.
I have recently started working with Lou Lebentz's online Trauma Thrivers community, with whom I am looking to promote using a trauma-informed approach to mental health issues.
As well as my work in mental health, I am also able to draw on my considerable experience working as a commercial professional, during which time I held a variety of senior management roles, working with and leading teams of people to achieve change and growth targets in industry.
